With over 25 years of global experience in technology leadership, Brian is a proven executive who has led transformative work across Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) initiatives for some of the world’s leading organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Vision Spring LLC, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and human-centered leadership to every engagement.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Brian credits the early foundations of his leadership approach to the core values and real-world challenges of military service—where clarity, accountability, and resilience are non-negotiable. His career has since spanned continents and industries, always rooted in a commitment to building high-performing teams and cultures that thrive through change.

An advocate for lifelong learning, Brian holds an MBA and actively engages with the evolving fields of leadership science and Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology. He has designed and delivered leadership development programs, authored thought leadership pieces, and spoken in both corporate and educational settings—equipping leaders at every level to grow with purpose and lead with impact.

Through Vision Spring, he now partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to elevate leadership, drive engagement, and navigate transformation—with clarity, empathy, and bold execution.
